I Pooja Seth bought a Apple IPhone 16 GB from Paragan Stores situated in Gokhale Road, Thane West in the evening of 7-9-2016. On the second day of my purchase i.e. 9-9-2016 i started facing problems with the Touch Id of my phone, in the evening of 9-9-2016 i went back to Paragon Stores Gokhale Road and told them about this problem, the store person - Vipul told me that there is a problem with Touch id and software lag issue is there, he told me to submit the phone to Paragon as they will check with the Thane service center.
Paragon employee Altaf submitted the phone to IPhone Authorised Service center - B2X Service situated in Lake city Mall, Kapurbawdi, Thane West. In the evening of[protected] i got back my phone from Paragon assuring that B2X has upgraded the software and now it is working fine, but immediately the next day i started facing the same problem, Again i submitted my phone back directly to B2X[protected]
I asked for a replacement as this is a new phone which is not working from the first day of the purchase, B2X told me that they will send back to the Bangalore center and will get back to me. From 19 Sep till date i have not got the phone and i am still following on the Apple India toll free number.
As a customer i feel cheated as I should have got the replacement on the day the problem was detected, i feel mentally harassed by a so call best company who manufactures mobile... Was this information helpful? |
