I purchased the device in first week of may... Due that device was already having some faults though even i never complained to any of the service centr but finally the device screen gone all black an when i visited the service center they did not attended me well (F1 solutions, ludhiana, kocher market) they are saying that the device is presurely damaged n in due of my notice i have not harmed the device in any case the camera issue was there, the hardware was not prforming well, network issues were there with the device, then auto shut down problem was their an finally the screen liquid automatically started flowing down n that all was happening itself my office mates have even notoiced it... Now i simply requested to the service center to replace my device and to refund my money n they are charging me 12000... From where should i get the money???... Should i attent any crime or what???... I requested them many a time even the apple complaint call center people didn't helped me at all... I had a word with ms. Mayuri n my set is with the service center n they even not taking any initiative to give meww a feedback or to track me... Please help me i cant bear a loss as i have not done anything... I have already spent 28000 two months back i dont have mony... N now after feeling all this harassment i only want a replacement not any repair or something better they refund my money...
