Apple India — iphone 6 - apple service centre

I am kamna jindal from bathinda. My email id is mittal. [protected]@gmail.com. I have iphone 6 from last 1 and half year. My phone gave me problem that not charging and not respond anything and i went to apple care bathinda centre. They gave me very poor service. I said to him that my phone is not working please check it.in very few second they checked and said your phone is dead and we are not able to on it. Same day i went to local store and checked my phone to another person and he started my phone. But apple store not checked properly and gives me wrong information. Then what is the need of apple stores and not attend properly.
