I purchased Iphone 6 from Izenica Store (Shipra Mall) on 14 June 2016 (Night).
Since I don't have nano sim so i was not able to use the product till 15 eve. On 15 eve, nano sim is issued to me. On 16 June morning, i tried to upgrade the software of product and after upgrade the product starts showing the error and was not able to start. I called up Izenica and told them the full history. They told me that it is an software issue and will fulfilled by apple service center. I reached service center on the same day and showed the error to them. After analyzing they told me that it an hardware issue. And phone will go for replacement but they will only replace the phone and will return an open phone only. That was highly disappointing. I person is purchasing a phone of 52k and it's showing hardware issue in less than 48 hours and he is not getting a replacement of full phone. (Box sealed). Also service person told me that it will take atleast 5 to 6 days to get this phone replaced. This is poor service. If the phone is faulty and customer is geeting back to you with in hours than you should hand him over the new sealed phone with in no time. Was this information helpful? |
