My phone is i phone 6 plus. Ime no.[protected] s/w: fkinnghrgsr2. Problem is screen touch not responding. After holding on and off button and home button together apple logo appears and gone and afterwards screen appears asking me to enter passcode. To enter passcode screen touch is not responding. What should i do? Extended warranty period is over by 12th april 2017 and my phone is not covered by warranty at present. The phone is in the name of datta. When i contacted service provider conqer technologies, (Their job no. Is bza [protected]) they simply asked me to go and purchase another phone by handovering the present phone for another rs.30, 000/- this is already a replacement phone because of cracked screen and i paid rs.25, 500 on 11/04/2016. They have not made any examination of the present phone and on seeing the phone they immediately asked me to go for another replacement phone for rs.30, 000/-. This phone capacity is 124 gb and i already spent rs.1, 10, 000/- on this phone. I am aghast with service provider reply and it formed in me a negative opinion on the brand value.
