Got an iPhone 6 in month of May 2015 from US, in couple of months i met up with an accident and broke my screen, got my phone replaced absolute free of cost (Appreciate their response) in the month of July 2015. Since May 2016 I've been facing problem in the receiver and when contacted apple they refuse to service and wants to replace the phone at a cost of INR 25, 000/- which is ridiculous. Why should i pay so much for a product if it cannot last even for one year.
When contacted the service center, they say its an Hardware issue and cannot be diagnosed to know what problem it is.
I need a reasonable justice for this issue, it's completely not my fault when a hardware is not working within a period of one year when there had been no physical damage or liquid spell on the phone. Was this information helpful? |
