Dear sir / madam,

I arvind kumar submitted my mobile iphone 6s to f1 - info solutions & services pvt ltd on 14/12/2018 vide case id jdel[protected], product serial / imei no - fvmtv06thflw, it is under warranty.

As today is the date of receipt of my iphone form the service centre, after receiving the same, i found some changes in my mobile screw as its color is rose gold & which i received is in silver color.

You are requested to lookup the matter, & arrange to provide the same mobile in rose gold in good condition
