I have purchased iphone 6s imei no:[protected] sl. No. F17rr6z6gryd. On october 2016. Couple of days back ear pods stopped working left ear pod is not working. And i submitted the same to the service center (Conquer techonologies, ameer pet, hyderbad) and they are telling due to minor rubber cut near headset jack it will not cover under warranty.
