I had purchased, IPHONE 6S during April-2016.
Since beginning, handset was slightlt fills hot.
I had made a complaint locally in Baroda aurhorised service station (I-Vinus) & explained to me, as due to hot weather in India. Problems persisits till date & now new problem strted as Battery got discharge within two hours of charging.
So, I approached again Baroda aurhorised service station (I-Vinus) & they had booked my phone for battery replacement on 5th June -2018 with advance payment of INR 2000/=.
Ihad delivered my IPHONE 6S to service station & they had returnrd my phone unrepaired(without changing battery unit) and refunded my amount paid INR 2000/= on 11 June-2018. (Service report Copy enclosed herewith for reference.)
On discussion with available servie team engineer, they had explained verbally that, there is some problem in logic board & can't be repaired. Also told me, that, as guarantee period is over, he can not help me.
Can anyone directs me the procedure to lodge compaint against APPLE for their inherent manufacturing defect, which was prolongeted & now become headache for the user.
