Greetings.
Myself from mangalore, karnataka, india. I bought you iphone 6s plus on 31st october 2016 from reliance digital, mangalore. Presently my one year of warranty has been exhausted.
For the last 3 months i had issue with my mobile and for this i appeared before reliance digital, where i purchased the same, when it was under warranty. The technical support person checked and he orally said he cant find any issue. Later it worked, troubling me intermittently by saying no range. For this problem i was asked to contact maple digital technology international pvt. Ltd., where they charged me rs.1180/- (Which is too high), just for receiving the mobile for checking. Now they have detected icloud issue also sim not detecting, which is costing me rs.30000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) towards its repair. I was asked to contact singapore office, talked for an hour, but could not come to any conclusion nor solution
So what i am trying to explain you is, it is the improper checking by the technician, which caused me such a huge loss, which is impossible for me to bear. My whole family is using iphones. Kindly do not make me stop buying your product in future..
So i hereby request you to kindly look upon this matter and advice the respective personnel to find a solution for my problem. Was this information helpful? |
