I have been facing multiple issues with my iphone 6s for last 1 month. I showed the same to cyberhub gurgaon service center, they rebooted the software and returned the phone. When the problem continued they sent the phone to bangalore for detailed diagnosis and repair. I got the phone back after 5 days with none of the problems fixed. They informed me that the screen has been replaced and there is no other problem with the phone. Considering that the problems were not resolved i had to again visit another service center. Now my phone is with another service center (Apple service center in south point mall, gold course road) and they are running some diagnosis on it. They initially told me that everything is fine with the phone yet they would run a 2 - 3 diagnosis to check if there is some problem.
I charge my phone atleast 2 to 3 times a day even when the usage is very limited, phone freezes, keypad doesn’t respond, lower half of the screen turns blue. It’s hard to believe that even though i am facing such issues with the phone, the device is perfectly ok as per the service center.
What is the point of buying such an expensive phone if the product turns out to be bad and the customer service is even worse. Was this information helpful? |
