Apple India — iphone 7 compliant | |||
This is to apprise you that i bought an apple iphone 7 (Black, 32gb) by flip kart on 27/10/2017 after five days i put my phone on charging then after 3 hours i check my phone it was not showing any display or any feature. Then i visited in nearest apple care center for repair my phone in delhi. Those people check my i phone and confirm me that due to some fatal technical issue we need to send this product to bangalore head office. Then i got a call to from apple care and they inform me that they are unable to repair may phone. Now please suggest me that worth of this product is 36, 000 rupees with 1 year warranty or within few days it stop working... So please tell what to do next to get back on my money...
