Dear sir,
I am elviro rodrigues and i had purchased iphone 7 on 20th may 2017.
After 3 months exactly the phone started to heat up too much, i tried speaking to the retailer about it and he said there might be network issues so it tends to heat up.
Now on 30th november 2017 my phone suddenly stopped working while i was at the gym at 6:30 am. The screen had some moisture due to the ac so when i tried to unlock it did not respond. I came home and kept for charging it did not show any sign so next day i decided to visit the service centre at mapusa goa pcss solutions pvt ltd. The guy at the service centre was so rude that he was not ready to help me and instead is telling me to pay rs 29200 for a replacement and also telling me that i have dropped the phone in water and after dropping i have gone to some technician and opened the phone. First of all i paid 50000 for the phone, why would i go to some technician when the phone is still under warranty?
I feel apple india is cheating people by not providing proper services. They sell phones at a higher price but when it comes to servicing they do not entertain common people like us. I feel i am cheated as it is not my fault and i have not put my phone in water which they’re accusing me of doing so.
If it was my fault why would i go at the service centre? Why would i file a complain here?
I have really worked hard for this phone... And now they’re telling me to pay 29200 for a replacement phone which i cannot afford.
Please take my complaint seriously and help me sort this issue... I feel i have wasted my money by buying iphone. Not my fault but they’re blaming me.
