Apple India — iphone 7 speakers not working

This is the second time when my iphone 7 came dysfunction in a single year. This is the company which is famous for its reliable products but my experience is quite poor with this product. I bought this mobile for a hassle free working so that i can save my time but it turns out to be a complete waste of time and money for me.
Apple should understand, replacing the phone is just not the solution you also have to compensate for the inconvenience caused to your customers.
You must value their time also.

Si r I am purchase iPhone 5s October 2016 now my phone software & hardware both problem in tirupati vedam mobile shop purchased but he is no response and infinity show room also no response and apple service centre also no response
