My iphone 8 got extremely hot while i was on call and it bursted as soon as i drop. firstly i visited the local service centre, he had behaved very badly and not ready to take up the case once he came to know that the phone was purchased online and not from their outlet.Then i registered this complaint with apple care on 20/6/18 against case no.[protected] but till date no action has been made from their end, after the follow of several days, today their concerned executive said as per our technical team that its not a case of battery explosion, as we have not received any such type of case prior, so we can not do anything. You need to place it for paid repair. I questioned them how can you conclude that without examining the phone, so i requested them to arrange the lab test to to establish the truth but he denied. then i insisted them if you cannot do anything, provide me these statements on mail, they said that We dont work on mail. We cannot provide this to you in writing.I was just escaped from a severe accident, being an older customer of Apple i have not filed the FIR, but this is very harassing.
