I purchased an Apple Iphone 6 Space grey 16 GB on 27th Jan 2017. My earphones stopped working and when i visited the apple store on 7th July 2017 they denied me the replacement of my earphones on false accusation of physical damage on my earphones showing me the minor cut on the rubber which has literally no connection to the technical error.
I am never gonna purchase or use any apple product ever nor i am ever gonna suggest anyone to use apple products because these people are making fool of customers. Their customer service is the worst. They fool people on the name of warranty services but never provide any claim when there is any defect in your product. They deny the claim under warranty by fake allegations of physical damage. Absolutely disgusting customer service and i am gonna report this on all social media. Was this information helpful? |
