I received a replacement iphone se on 15 november 2018. The received device displayed heating issues and within a month the battery percentage reduced to 97%.
The apple support staff promised a battery replacement after running multiple tests, but have tried to wiggle their way out of replacing the battery.
Now i have an iphone with a faulty battery which was brought to the attention of the apple staff within 2 months of receiving the phone but nothing was done then.
Hopefully there's somebody at apple who can fix the problem. Was this information helpful? |
