I have been experiencing problems with iphone 6s 64 gb battery drain since a very long time. I have been to their customer service centre which is almost 12 kms away from my home. I had last submitted the phone at uniworld apple service centre crown interiorz mall faridabad. I went their on 25th june. They told me that it may be a system problem and they will restore the system and then i have to monitor the system for about 2 days. This was the second time they told me this was the problem in 2 weeks. Now when they gave me the phone back after restoring the system, in front of a customer service executive the battery level fell from 10% to 5% within a minute which was confirmed by them over the phone to a senior advisor over phone at apple care. They again submitted my handset and told me that the issue would be resolved in 3-4 days. Then on thursday I receive a call that my handset will be replaced and I can collect it by tuesday next week. I try calling them on tuesday and wednesday that is today and they keep on stalling. After constant enquiry from my side they now say that no such request for handset replacement was ever approved and they have already informed me about that and I can collect my handset. I dont know how to go about this as this is a case of fraud and breach of contract as they had offered me to replace the handset which i had accepted. Was this information helpful? |
