I bought an apple iphone 6s around end jan 2017 because my iphone 5s was giving issues. Later when i changed my iphone 5s battery it was working fine, if i had known earlier i wouldn't have purchased the new phone.
Anyways. Few days back my iphone 6s went into auto update mode (Software update) and it went off. Same thing happened with my iphone 5s also. My iphone 5s i was able to restore via itunes but was not able to restore 6s so took it to the service centre. There they informed me that there is a hardware problem nothing can be done buy a new phone. Its barely a year since i purchased this phone at full price and now they say hardware issue buy a new phone?! Tried calling their customer service cell (It takes a long time to get thru them, they keep putting you on hold and line keeps getting cut). I have been chasing them for two days wasting my time to no avail. Beyond disgusted and distressed both at the quality of product and service.
I am definitely never ever going to buy an iphone again. They just charge insane amounts for a faulty product and service. Was this information helpful? |
