I was facing battery issue with my iPhone from Nov 2016.
I visited the apple support center at 29th Dec to resolve the issue.
They asked me that, it would be resolved by updating the software which they did most of the times.
I also request them that, it wouldn't be resolved by just updating but they didn't agree to that and they just update it and give it back to me by saying that issue resolved. At that time my iPhone was in warranty period and I happily come back to home because apple was everything for me. I used for some days and then problem extends to restarting of iPhone hundred times in a day.
I again went to apple store to fix it. Again they tried to update my iPhone software but during that time due to hardware failure, my phone gets stuck off.
I talk to customer care so many times and request them to resolve it because I was facing all this issue when my iPhone was under warranty but no one takes matters seriously.
I'm a huge fan of apple brand. I always start promoting about my iPhone but after the service, i have to think much about that.
