Apple India — IPhone replacement issue

I had a battery issue in my iPhone 6s and i submit my device in apple store ( Conquer technologies, Vizag near jail road) on 21st Nov, 2020. After few days(1st Dec, 2020) they gave a new iPhone 6s device.

Now in new device built in front camera was not working they gave me a defect peace and again i submit new device in same apple store on 8th Dec, 2020.

After couple of day i got a call from apple store, their told like Unauthorized modification done on this device, so they told me they can't repair this device. but i haven't sown this device to any other third party service centers because it is in under warranty.
They gave me the defected peace back to me on 21st Dec, 2020.

could you please check and help me.
