I have explained many times to the support people that My phone is bent since day I purchased the device.
When I purchased the phone from a shop. then I asked him to apple a tempered guard on it.
He tried but there was air at the all the corners. So, he suggested me to wait for new tempered come for Iphone SE. because he was applying the screen guard of iphone 8.
I agreed and after 3 months I went to a shop for applying tempered on it and they tried with iphone SE screen guard. Now again I saw that guard was not getting proper fit from the corners. I asked to check. Then they tries on another Iphone SE with same tempered and that was fit fine. So they said there is a slight bent on the device. I should talk to apple care about it.
I talked to an apple care agent and he said if I have that issue since day 1 then My device can get replaced under warranty.
Then I went to the nearest service center which was approx 50 kms away in other city from my place. the experience was a third class there and they even did not addressed my issue.
They asked me to wait for 10-15 days. I asked to give me any phone so that I can use my sim. They denied.
He was asking me to sign quickly so that he can attend other customer who are not covered in warranty.
Now after i submitted my device I wanted to know the status of my device I went to mysupport.apple.com to check the repair. There was no repair ID mentioned on the job ID that i received from the apple service center. Then I called you guys, after 2 days I was able to get the repair ID. And When I checked the status after some days. I got to know that there was no resolution for my device happened and they shipped the same device in same condition.
I want to complain the apple for this manufacturing issue which I couldn't even noticed and got to know now you are not helping me at all. What kind of third class service you are providing the customer. You are making people fools. I have my hard money in this bogus company. worst service I have receive from APPLE who doesn't care about their customers values. Your senior advisor Anjali told me that there is no any solution on this. If you look on the device there is not any physical damage on it.
