An apple iphone x 64 gb silver was purchased on 26/01/2018 (Imei no: [protected]) from reliance retail limited dcn mall jessore road kolkata
All of a sudden screen got frozen with apple logo. Matter was taken up with reliance retail and on their instruction/advice phone was submitted to m/s systematix media dcn mall (Authorized service centre) on 24/02/2018. After repeated persuasion phone was replaced on 02/03/2018 resulting in changed imei [protected]
Again with the replaced handset camera (Front & rear) problem surfaced which resulted in poor picture quality and blurring of top portion of photo (Sample photo attached highlighting the problem) which is undesirable.
The phone was again submitted on 24/03/2018 to systematix media copy attached wherein it is clearly mentioned that there are intermittent problems with camera.
After repeated persuasion systematix media has informed that they will be conducting repair and not box replacement to which i did not agree.
I had been suffering due to faulty product from the date of purchase. Till date the phone is not in service. It is very unfortunate that within a span of 2 months, the subject phone had to be submitted to service centre twice and that too within warranty period.
As it is due to faulty products i am getting multiple times, i want a sealed box replacement.
