Apple India — Iphone X trouble

I purchased my mobile exactly 2 years back. All of sudden the phone started blinking and rebooting without getting exposed to any kind of damage. I gave it to apple support and they say, they can't help much. What a point having such an expensive product if it can't be reliable.
