Apple India — iphone xr not working properly

I purchased apple iphone xr on 7 sep 2019 but since very first day it is not working i have visited several times to service centre and call to apple care but all in vein apple care id

Issue with device not charging, unable to backup, hanging

But no body bother to listen and help more than one month i have been struggling plz help me
