I contacted the support regarding the key board issue on[protected]. Certain keys on keyboard are not working like p, q, 0 etc.. My apple id is gokul. [protected]@gmail.com. The agent asked me to update the software. I updated it and later asked to reset and restore iphone. She assured that i will not be loosing any data. I reset and she said she cant wait till the restore gets completed. I requested several times to help me completing the process. She said once it gets completed request for a call back. Case id : [protected] the team will help in manually setting up the phone newly. I called back in 10 minutes and they rejected providing service and said their shift timing was getting over. How could i access the phone even could not type my apple id.. And i lost all my data, password. It was a serious mismanagement and ill treatment.
