My mac pro 15 inch has auto restart problem when it launches, to apple authorized service center aptronix at jublihills in hyderabad,.
They took 8 days to resolve the issue, i called daily for status then they replied different answers daily. Finally they did diagnose the mac and al reportsl are passed as they mentioned. They formatted mac and installed new os.
I have just used 3 hours then again got same issue auto restart.
Again went back to service center next day, after two day they told it is issue with hard ware as per diagnose report. This is how the service team doing trouble shooting while repair mac. I didn't fine a mac technician that he as much knowledge, even they don't know the booting issues as we know.
Whenever we visit the service center, if we ask about the state they tell technician not available, (Went somewhere, has exams, on leave, blah. Bla..)
Why apple approves the service centers without availability of mac technicians.
It could be negative feed back for the apple and customers won't satisfy, some times it could be loss for apple inc, due to poor service.
Finally i can say they are not doing service well, coz mac technicians knows nothing.
