Hi purchases a macbook pro-2020 on the 3rd jun 2020 from the store bb professional, jaipur,. And i found the issue in my mac after the 2 days that its performance is not very slow like i face the issues like trackpad is not working, hanging issue in the mac, so i tried to get the replacement so they said that coordinate with the apple support team and this is the software issue so it can be resolved by the service center and etc, and if not resolved the take a letter from the service center and then we replace your mac but service center guy tested my system and says that i can't find the issue so i can not provide the letter. So again i connected with apple support team but the issue still not resolved. And from 2 days i have another issue like my system is hanging all the time and then i have to restart it forcefully because it's not able to restart.
Bb professional is also responsible for this.
I want the replacement as we have a defect on this unit
