I am writing this because i am very much annoyed by the service and behaviour of the technical manager at the viman nagar, pune service center.
Service center details are below:

I have a mac book pro model 2013. I recently happen to replace my hard drive with a ssd. So, i added the kingston 240 gb ssd into my mac.
It worked fine for one day but when i started my system the other day, it was not detecting the ssd. So, i went to this service center mentioned above.
They told me that they will check the ssd and if it is faulty then they will replace the ssd with my original drive.
When i return to them the next day, they had already place my original hard drive as they told me that my ssd is faulty.
I paid them 2600 rs. And took back my laptop but i soon realized, by putting back my original hard drive they have done it in a wrong way because after that i am continuously facing an issue where my laptop gets heated up quite soon and is hanging and then restarting.
I believe these service center guys have messes up my laptop.
So, first i went to the kingston service center and asked them to replace the newly bought ssd. They checked at their end and it was working perfectly fine. They also gave me the detailed diagnosis report.
Then i went back to the apple service center (B2x) and told them about the report and they straight away reject my complaint saying that we can't do anything. If they have messed up with my system, it''s their responsibility to make it better again. Instead, the service manager (Badrinath) misbehaved with me.
I want my problem to get resolved or refund my amount that i have paid for the useless service to this # service center i. E b2x
