I purchased macbook air through croma, pacific mall, ghaziabad, u. P on 15th aug.'18. I tried configuring the unit over a next weekend & found that few keys of keyboards were not working. Croma customer support team took the unit back for servicing & submitted to b2x service solutions, preet vihar, delhi. After struggle of almost a week, returned a set by confirming that software update is done & mother board got replaced & functioning ok now. Again when i tried configuring the unit, it started giving the same trouble. Getting no choice, i have again dropped the unit back to same service centre through croma customer support.
As per customer support of croma & apple, i got an update that there is not replacement policy for the apple product where as i am suffering from the beginning of the product purchase & without even configuring the unit. Same is already witnessed by the customer support that entire packaging & unit are intact & unused.
I am being forced to wait & use the repaired set against manufacturing defect which got repeated issue even after updating the software & replacement of mother board.
