Apple India — Manufacturing defect on the rear lens (gap in the enclosure)

Hi apple is not replacing my phone as per their hardware replacement policy. I have bought this at aptronix store ecr Chennai India and they fail to issue refund or replacement. Kindly help me get justice in this issue.
