SHOP NO. 2, RAM BAGH, AMRITSAR PUNJAB THROUGH ITS A.R.
Sir.
1. That Sh. Deepak Kumar S/O Sh.Tulsi Ram R/o 818, super market wali gali, gol chaker, Palam, New Delhi-110045 purchased mobile online and the opposite party engage in the business of online sale of mobile and others things on the above said address.
2. That your company booked my phone wrongly namely i.e Rajeev Thakur on my address but i boooked in the name Rajvir Thakur and I booked a mobile phone modal no. i-phone 8+ to you in sum of Rs. 11, 250/- at my hoe address of delhi..
3. That the opposite party supplied defective Mobile No. and my client contacted on mobiles numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] .
4. That I contacted to you for return the above said mobile phone but you did not give any satisfactory reply and asked to wait for some time as the your company is facing financial.
5. that the above said company has committed fraud and intentionally did not pay money and that should be punished .
It is requested you kindly take legal action againest the M/S Mobile Galeary Shop no. 2, Ram Bagh, Amritsa Punjab through its A.R as per law .
