Apple India — Money deducted but no idea if order was placed or not

On[protected] around 12:30 I ordered Iphone 11 64gb yellow under diwali sale on online apple store with free airpods. I used HDFC Debit card for transaction. When i entered OTP after it only showed processing. The money got deducted and there was no clue of the order. I had login as a guest but i said they will provide with email. But there was no email. Thus, i request you to look into this matter ASAP. Money deducted were 54, 900/-.

Around 01:57 pm on 25 Jan 2021 I ordered Iphone 11 128gb yellow with power adaptor & earpods on online apple store. I used UPI payment for transaction. When i entered OTP after it only showed processing. The money got deducted and there was no clue of the order. I had login as a guest but i said they will provide with email. But there was no email.
