I own a iphone 6s 64gb with imei no [protected]. After ocotber i have updated my os to ios11 from which my battery is under performing. Apple company has globally acknowledged the issue and started a battery replacement program for half of the original price. When i have raised the issue with icare – apple authorised service centre they say due to other functionality not working, they cant provide me the battery replacement and asking me to pay 27000 to exchange for new mobile. But when i have submitted my mobile they have acknowledged they have examined and said that there is no issues with the phone and the battery will be replaced as promised. So i have dropped the phone, after that they claim that they are many hardware issues with the mobile and the battery is not replacing.
