In Oct’2019 had bought an Ipad which was my first gadget from apple through which I entered the apple family and have been really happy with my experience and user journey.
While I had no complaints regarding the Ipad, with just one software update the gadget is not even switching on and I regret to inform you that even the apple store has not given me the right support.
They said your ipad is out of warranty, and we cannot help you.
I haven’t used my ipad even for 3 months.
Request you intervention here and help me to replace my ipad.
Just to update you, now I have again entered apple family and using iphone 13 and pretty happy with my phone
Hopefully you will listen my complaint and help me with the replacement.
