Hi,
I am pratik and i got a battery replacement for my iphone 6s at the mantri mall icare centre bangalore. My phone was out of warranty but was i un tampered and eligible for battery replacement.
I would like to also tell you sir that my phone worked well and fine with no other issues before battery replacement, but after replacement i started to face network issue, and when i reported to the service centre they just washed there hands off telling device is out of warranty and i will have pay service charge to check whats wrong and pay for getting it serviced.
1. I completely understand the phone is not in warranty but before replacement phone worked completely fine and if after replacement any such issuse occurs, should i not say that it may be because of the faulty sercvice at the service centre?
2. At the service centre nobody informed me that if there is any other issuse they will not be responsible. True that service representative took a signature on ipad after which he filled the note which had the term and condition, and they did not even ask me read it or neither did he inform me. I obviously taught that its procedure to proceed and signed?
3. More importantly after service if a new issue has croped up on a phone isnt it the responsibility of the service centre to diagonise it and solve it rather by just defending your perview and washing of the hands. Yes you may have followed the prescribed norm but if a issue is geniune and has arised after the battery replacment shouldnt that be solved as your responsibility?
4. I am a adorer of apple and its service but after this insidence i believe that the battery replacement scheme is just a scandle, and having known that a new battery on old phone might cause any new issue you guys just chose to be silent and then just leave the customer deal with the issue.
5. Even at the apple technical support they were helpless to do anything after 1 week of follow up and all the troubleshoot they have asked me to deal with the issue at the service centre?.
Apple is in such a position that it cant even instruct its authorised service centre to solve my problem
I mean what is the responsibility of the company towards the customer?
I am writing this mail with very little hope but as an aggrieved customer i have no means to raise my voice.
Please also check the service centres rating on google and introspect the service procedures at the centre.

With no resolution and technical support said to solve the issue visit the service centre and bear the service charge as they cant do anything.
