I bought an iPhone 13 pro last year but it was having some issues with the touch, I didn’t think much of it but then in July this year I decided to visit the Apple authorised service center as my phone is still covered under warranty. Ever since, I’ve just been running around from one service center to the other and nobody is helping me with the solution other than reseting my phone which I’ve already done many times and the issue is still there. They’ve all been telling me that there is no issue with the phone even after I’ve provided them with so many videos of the phone’s touch not functioning. I then decided to contact Apple customer care online, again, the same story. The advisor said they would help me but after a lot of back of forth they asked me to reset my phone to check it once again and then stopped responding to me. Then I got in touch with another advisor, who said they would help me but it seems like nobody wants to help. They are delaying it for no reason. Because it’s been more than 2 months since I’m trying to get a replacement for my phone but there is not even 1% progress.
My warranty expires in November and after that it’s obvious that nobody will look into this case.
