Dear admin team,
I am not sure that raising my concern/ complaints with right team concerned.in case i am not on correct path please route to coerce path.
This time i am embarrassed and very upset due to support which i got today from unicorn faridabad base crown interiorz shopping mall 1st floor.
1. They people are not professional and don’t know how do support customer. Even they are not eligible to sit in apple service center.
I met with manager ravi chaudhary again completely unprofessional and not ready to listen customers. I would say he is not deserving candidate for manage role because i didn’t see any difference the way he is talking and his subordinates almost same.
Actual concerned:
Today my third visit to apple store above mentioned service center and again they clearly denied to replace lighting cable of my phone saying damaged and n numbers of excuses.
Excuse 1: charger cable was damaged or cracked. Photo attached.
Excuse: pill are damaged. Don’t know as last 2 times they told ok we have cleaned and now it will work. Today they did same thing. When i asked them that how many time i need to come for cleaning as it is under warranty please replace. Finally they kept and after one hour they started new excuse that cable jack was cracked which was not cracked at the time of submission. It was good.
They people are telling lie and intentionally damaged and now denying. If it was damaged why they kept and open job card.
This is not a case of 1700 cable case it is is case of apple company name and fame which is getting spoil and ruin by such bakwaas service center provider.
I would like to request apple franchise who given permission to fbd service center please request stop and shut it immediately to save faith on apple product.
Interesting thing one more lady with same issue job card and pics of her lighting cable attached in very poor condition and sc manager ravi accepted the replacement and when i asked why her not mine her charger cable in bad condition comparatively mine.
He told we are reviewing though customers counter person clearly denied to open job.
Why this partiality are you guys running apple service center or something else.
Hope you will understand what i want to say!!
Dear apple staff i am genuine apple user and. Red genuine support from you guys please help me.
I will be more happy if resolving my case.
