I'd purchased a Apple iphone 6 plus 64 GB model in Nov'14.
Ironically, I've been able to use this phone lesser time when compared to it being under repair & shipment.
This handset of mine has been replaced numerous times & everytime a new issue surfaces with every replacement phone handed over to me.
One of the replacement handsets started giving problems within 5-7 days of replacement & had to be submitted for replacement again...!!
What I'm trying to understand is
- with this kind of recurring issues & poor quality manufacturing/assembly, what is the standard being followed by Apple ?
- secondly, now that the 2 yrs. warranty on my just replaced handset has expired, whom should I reach out to if this handset also fails to perform as per standard.
With this history & unacceptable grade & quality devices, what is the future of my current device if fails !?
Also, should Apple not be compensating me for this loss, inconvenience & numerous poor replacements being provided to me...Am I'm not eligible to get a new upgraded phone that ACTUALLY works ? Was this information helpful? |
