Dear apple team,
This is my worst experience with apple, it is my 4th apple phone but feeling that quality of service has degraded like anything. I have been told that it will be given back in 3-4 days but it's already been 7 days and no update.
Also i strongly feel that this is a faulty piece which i have got, i have raised a complaint on international support for hanging just after 2 months (Purchased in feb 20) of purchase. then have the camera autofocus issue and get it updated for software by apple care bhopal (India) and after that the camera issue still remains the same but bluetooth & wifi has also started to trouble with connectivity (It disconnects on it's own).
I have not paid a huge amount for getting such a bad product and worst service. I request the apple to replace the faulty piece and keep the loyalty of the customer and value the hard earned money of people.
