Apple India — phone damaged after battery replacement

My id number created by apple support on twitter for the complain done is[protected]...Kindly go through, you will get all the details about my complain .i had battery change under apple scheme after waiting for 2months, after my battery change my phone has not been working i am not able to hear any voice, it was working perfectly fine before, and i have never opened my phone before..They now asking charges, why should i pay unnecessary charges .This is at I venus service center at ring road, opp sub jail, ring road, surat .
