I bought an iphone 6 in the month of october 2016 (imei number[protected]. unfortunately i started experiencing extreme heating issue on january 2017. i took my phone to the nearest service center (imagine by systematix media, kolkata, west bengal, ph[protected]. they checked but could not find any issue. they just restored my phone and gave it back to me. it worked for 2 months and now i am facing the issue again. this time i raised a concern in the apple website itself (case id:[protected] but nobody responded to my call. this is very annoying from the part of the esteemed company. i am sure that if i visit the service center, they will again restore it and give it back. the phone will again behave in a similar manner (i. e. work properly for few months). as per the apple customer service rule, if any user experiences such issue within the warranty period, the company is supposed to replace the product again. i asked the service center to do the same in case of me too. but they have denied saying that for that they need to keep the phone with them for 10 days. i have bought this phone (produced by the most esteemed company of the world) not to visit the service store time and again.
