I got my first Apple iPhone (5S) in December 2015. The phone has multiple issues and I went to the service and spoke to costumer care and after multiple visits and calls I was told that the service center will submit my phone (Case: [protected]/[protected]). I was told after few days that my phone had hardware issue and Apple will replace the device. I got my phone after 20-25 days after constant follow ups. Then again after few days, I started facing issues with the replaced device and it started hanging and there were couple of more issues. I contacted Apple Care/visited service centre and again got to know that the second device has some hardware issues and Apple is changing my device. In all these processes, Apple asked me to reset/restore my device multiple times and I did that hoping that the issues will be resolved. Now, I am using the third replaced handset and still facing issues with it. I am in touch with Apple Care (Case [protected]) to get the issue resolved but the response from Apple's side is very depressing and harassing. I follow up with the customer care. It has been almost 2-3 weeks and my problem has not resolved. Apple asked me to submit Apple Logs and Video showing that my phone is non responsive at times and I did that but have not received any firm solution from them. I have been through hell in the past 6 months. I feel extremely harassed and regret my decision of choosing Apple over any other brand. I thought that they would keep upto the standards but they have not. I have spent a lot of money in travelling, getting new screen guards for my mobile to ensure that the phone is safe everytime I got a replaced device. I would request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps. Apple is cheating customers, the service center people are extremely rude and they misbehave and I have also compliant about it to the Apple Care and they ensured that they will take necessary steps but they did not do anything Was this information helpful? |
