Hi,
I am facing problem with my iphone 8 which is under warranty.
It's been 40 days now i am facing receiver problem in my iphone 8. I had submitted my phone 4 times in these 40 days to the service center and apple service center has 2 times replaced screen of my iphone 8 but still issue is not resolved.
Also, apple is not ready to replace iphone even after issue not getting resolved by repairing phone 3 times in warranty.
Apple staff seems incompetent to handle issues regarding and provide very poor service. I have visited service center 12 times for this issue.
Even raised case with apple with case id[protected]. Spoke to 3-4 senior executives of apple and none of them have resolved or tried to resolve the problem. Only thing i heard during these 40 days is "submit phone to the service center and bangalore team will diagnose the problem".
Issue started from 24th november 2018.
Today, also i have submitted phone as suggested by senior customer care executive and he told me that they will check the phone for 24 hours and few minutes later service center tells me that phone will be under observation for 48 hours and will be submitted to the bangalore team for the 4th time for checking and repair.
Don't know when apple is going to resolve this issue.
Very very very poor service and very bad quality from apple.
