I was shocked today hearing the absurd language from Apple's customer care. They don't even value there customers i was shocked to know this.
People sitting in customer care of apple are being told to harass the customer instead hearing about their complaint.
My iphone 6S which i bought for Rs 62000 a few months back, start creating a problem, earlier also i visited the outlet and they keep resetting it that's it.
Finally a major problem occur where in while charging i feel current, earlier it was minor but today when i charged it from my office, i felt major shocked and due to which to iphone feel down and it got broken.
I immediately called to customer care and the lady talked so rudely to me that she forced me to rise a complain over here and consumer court as well.
Apple need to provide training to there customer care executives. she didn't believe me and talked me so rudely even and blame me for all the damage. even what more disgusting that she asked me the photograph of my hand that must have been damage then she gonna believe me .
MY GOD what she expects that due to shock my hand must have burst !! Is that the way to talk to the customer?
I am seriously going to charge Apple heavily for this in the court and wants to meet that lady personally and let her know what customer means to the company .
