I have purchased Apple Iphone 5s 32 GB IMEI No: [protected] and started getting problem from in 1 years 4 months of purchase, i thought may be due to OS issue my phone is getting restarted again and again. I upgraded the OS latest version but the issue remain the same some time blue screen and some times red and last friday day when I woke up in the night my phone was dead . I went to Apple Authorized service center unicron in mumbai INDIA and they told me that the phone was dead and my iphone they will replace the device. and charges - 21000/- I went to service center after 1 days and they told me that my iphone has been dead and it is hardware issue also in this phone So it is damaged it will replace but charges apply - 21000/-, then how it is possible and I am not fool that . It was really shocking for me that a brand like apple can do this and give franchise of apple to the service center like this and after that I call on Apple helpline no (Case ID:[protected] i had a word with Senior Advisor Mr. Yaseer Apple Bangalore India and explained the whole incident and he confirmed with technician Mr. Sandeep (TRESOR SYSTEMS PVT LTD) that there is no mark of damage or single scratch on the phone outside and he also told me that there is hardware fault also with that cable issue . they cannot help me in this case., So what should I do we pay the most for the Apple Iphone in INDIA and getting this type of services seriously very very strange. Then I thought I will accelerate it further to the main apple not to the authorized service center for justice and I mail it to the higher authorities today. my new iphone and it was very shocking for me. about the service center because home button was working fine before it got dead and when I gave my phone to the service center it was in a very good condition and the tampered cover I am 100% sure the Apple authorized service center and Apple Company has cheated me also and I am not the only one there are many people who faces this type of issue on daily basis and cheating people and on a very serious note i am not going to ignore this type of cheating, I bought this costly iphone for work purpose and due to this I am very disturbed my friends are making fun of me all because of you guys and I will not blame service center I will blame apple because you give authorization to this type of service center. I trust this matter can be resolved quickly and help me to replace my device, otherwise I will go to consumer court or to take legal action against you because its your’s responsibility and I have left with no options.
