Apple India — Problem in downloading apps asks for card details

Hi I am facing a major issue while downloading apps from App Store I am unable to download free apps like Facebook Make my trip it keeps asking for card details this is something that is not at all expected from a company like apple & I want this sort ASAP I am also from customer service so get it sorted on priority I mean it I never expected this at all & that too from a company like apple please I want a call on my mobile [protected] & I want this sorted urgently

Updated by Shaurabh Banerji Still facing same issue unable to download from App Store always asks for card details I was informed that the issue will be improved but still no response at all I never expected this kind of service from a premier brand like apple I want this to be sorted asap else you'll be loosing customers that's a promise I am also from customer service so don't think if fooling me at all ok
