One of the earpiece in my AirPod pro has issues with sound and it looks like a known service quality issue. However the service centre refuses to accept the device for repair as I do not have the original invoice which I had misplaced. Now they are not willing to even consider this as an out of warranty repair and simply refuses to service it. Apple support also says that their hands are tied even though this is a known issue.
