I need some urgent assistance/support for the iphone purchased from apple store.
I purchased an unlocked version of iphone 7plus from your apple store on 22nd jan2018 (Refer attached purchase receipt). For few days (Around 4 weeks) the phone worked fine but suddenly on 25th feb the network signals disappeared and it was displaying searching for network connection. I tried replacing the sim card but with other sim cards also the issue persisted.
Then i contacted apple online chat support (Case id:[protected] and they suggested me to reset the network, rest the phone and then upgrade the ios through itunes but it got stuck during the upgrade with (-1) error. When nothing worked they booked my appointment the very next day with the apple service center where i submitted my phone for investigation. After few days i was told that the warranty has been voided and the issue is beyond economical repair. The service center told that they could do nothing in this case as the r/c has provided this status. Then i logged a case with apple technical support (Case number:[protected] where they informed that they would escalate this issue further but after few days they also confirmed that the decision of r/c is final and nothing could be done in my case. I got my phone back and the service center provided me the attached delivery report (Refer attached). I am not sure who else to contact to get my phone fixed as it’s a genuine purchase through apple store, i followed all instructions provided by the customer care & then went to an authorized service center for help and never contacted any 3rd party for support so not sure how the warranty got voided. Please help as i am not getting any support either from service center or apple customer care. This phone is so costly and not getting support due to apple device failure is really pathetic, not sure where to go for help
