The case Id specified is apple case Id registered with apple support. The process of handling the complaint is very bad. The service center denied the warranty citing some superficial scratch on my Airpods and request me to raise a request with apple support for further. Apple support took my complaint and was only reflecting the words of service center and they have no process to address the grievance of the consumer. The support team is only for software as informed by their advisor and they dragged me for 6 days and had the same saying of the service without even looked by another authority. The support team has no process to look into service center view and have customer grievance addressed.if the support team is only for software I don’t understand why they asked me to upload the photo of my product. There was no review done by their team for my complaint they acted as pure mediator between service center and me. They are not ready to provide the resolution in email citing policy. The email sent also doesn’t specify that the case is closed but the actual meaning is closed from their end. This service level expected from such a company is very poor.
